Ambitiouz Entertainment Claims They Are The ‘Blueprint’ Of SA Hip Hop

The widely reported exodus of A-Reece, Flvme, B3nchMarQ, and FiFi Cooper from Ambitiouz Entertainment in 2017 was the first of several incidents that made it clear to the public that not everything was going well in the label’s relationship with its artists.

Despite countless reports of the record label mistreating artists and their departures, Ambitiouz Entertainment clearly dished SA hip-hop with some of the best rap songs. Turning to Twitter, the record label said that there is no discourse about SA hip-hop that can occur without referencing Ambitiouz Entertainment.

Ambitiouz Entertainment claimed that they are the Blueprint of SA hip hop. “You’ll never mention SA Hip Hop and leave Ambitiouz out of it. We are the blueprint,” read the tweet.

This is not the first time Ambitiouz Entertainment has blown its own horn when it comes to its contribution to the SA hip-hop culture. With hit songs from the likes of Emtee, A-Reece, Blaq Diamond, and Sjava amongst others, the record label claimed that they have the most hit songs in Africa. “When it comes to Hip Hop Hits we are number 1 in Africa!” Tweeted Ambitiouz Entertainment.

When it comes to Hip Hop Hits we are number 1 in Africa!
