BBNaija: Nigeria vs South Africa set to battle for the ultimate prize (Details)

A fierce competition between former Big Brother contestants from Nigeria and South Africa will take place in the next edition of the reality TV show.

After seven and five seasons of Big Brother Naija and Big Brother Mzansi respectively, MultiChoice and M-Net have revealed ongoing plans to assemble all the winners on a new project. The former contestants will feature in the 2023 edition titled: “Big Brother face-off”, a new spinoff edition where all the winners so far will be brought together on the show. The “all-stars” match-up between Big Brother Naija and Big Brother Mzansi will be filled with only winners from previous seasons.

Nomsa Philiso, MultiChoice’s head of programming said, “In 2023, we’ll be starting the year off with a bang, which will be the giants of Africa coming together on the Big Brother version of South Africa against Nigeria. This has been an incredible, incredible feat for us because we know how well Big Brother Mzansi does, we know how well Big Brother Naija does, but we just felt that it was time to bring the two together. We’re excited about that, and we just think that it’s going to be amazing.”
