BBNaija: You couldn’t wait one week – Chomzy lashes out at Groovy over how quickly he moved on from Beauty to Phyna (video)
A paid overnight movie date almost turned into a shouting match between Big Brother Naija housemates, Phyna and Chomzy over how quickly Groovy moved on from disqualified housemate, Beauty.
Recall that Beauty and Groovy started off a relationship in the first week of the season. Their relationship was, however, plagued by Beauty’s irrational jealousy and violent behaviour that got her sent packing after just two weeks because she got violent during a fight over Groovy.
During a movie night, Chomzy recently revisited the relationship scandal with Phyna and Groovy. She told Groovy that Beauty got disqualified because she was in love with him and noted that he did not give her respect by waiting at least one week before moving on. “You couldn’t wait one week!” Chomzy grilled Groovy over how quickly he moved on from Beauty.
Phyna, who was also seated at the table during the conversation, started to chip in defence of Groovy, but Chomzy was not having it. The heart-to-heart deteriorated to an argument between Phyna and Chomzy, with the latter insisting that the Phyna and Groovy relationship was a huge betrayal to disqualified housemate Beauty. In their defense, Phyna recalled conversations she had with Amaka regarding Beauty’s attitude to Groovy. Groovy also shared that he and Beauty had broken up after their infamous fight that later spurred her disqualification from the show and owed her no “loyalty.” You can watch the videos below:
