One of them is Cassper Nyovest, a renowned rapper who has created a ton of incredible singles throughout the course of his career. In reality, the award-winning rapper has established his reputation in the local hip-hop scene with his massive catalogue. 

In 2022, Cassper has lagged behind when it comes to dropping hit songs compared to the other reputable SA rappers. Despite dropping a couple of singles and features, the rapper’s sounds failed to capture some of his fans and audiences in the game.

This has prompted some of his followers to call on the rapper to reclaim his top spot in the game. Taking to Twitter, one of Cass’s followers urged the rapper to regain his reputation in the game. “This year I’mma need you to take it back to THE TOP I mean theeee TOP in this raaaaaapp sh*t. It’s high time you reclaim that spot,” read the tweet.

In response, Cassper seems unbothered by the demands of his fans. The rapper argued that he has done everything to be recognised as one of the best in the game. He stated that those who do not see what he has achieved will never see it again as he revealed plans to move to the next chapter which he did not specify.

“Nah, I’ve done my thing, if there’s guys who still don’t rate me, it’s on them. No more points to prove, raps, music, hits, money, business, whatever man. I’m that dude FR OVERALL. Those who don’t see it yet, will never ever see it and that’s okay. Next chapter.” Tweeted Cassper.

Cassper might not have enjoyed a good ride in 2022 when it comes to music, but the rapper has been doing exceptionally well in his investments. The rapper-turned-businessman has been putting much work in pushing his Root Of Fame merchandise and alcohol brand Billiato.

Taking to Twitter, Cassper stated that Billiato is now being ranked in the top three fastest-growing liquor brands in South Africa. “We are now top 3. Billiato is the Fastest growing Liquor brand. South Africa has really received the brand well. Im truly grateful. Next year I’m adding a special brand extension, we are challenging the high end brands. Im very exited.” He tweeted.
