Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Blanch the Vegetables: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

- Top with Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the mixture.
