Emtee Responds Whether He Still Dreams Of Winning A Grammy Or A BET Award

Emtee Responds Whether He Still Dreams Of Winning A Grammy Or A BET Award. Emtee’s South African hip-hop career has been an exhilarating journey, and during his early days, the legendary rapper captured prominence not only in South Ah but even abroad.

Emtee was poised to win some of the largest international accolades, like the BET and the Grammy, after winning a number of local music awards. Taking to Twitter, one of the rapper’s followers asked him whether he still aspires to win the said prestigious awards in his music career. “@emteerecords is it still your dream to win an Grammy or Bet Award ?” Read the tweet.

In response, an uninspired Emtee said that all he wants now is to just live his life and not worry about the awards. “Ah. I just wanna stay alive shem,” tweeted Emtee. In 2016, Emtee was nominated for the Viewers Choice: Best New International category. Even though he didn’t win, the rapper made a mark in the global music industry.

The rapper has been recently working on releasing new music and all eyes are on his much-anticipated DIY 3. In the interim, the self-proclaimed Hustler has secured quite a number of collaborations proving how relevant and impactful he still is in the game.

Emtee‘s album release is just a matter of time. The rapper is putting his best effort into his project because he is collaborating with Ruff, one of the top producers in the industry. “Me Ruff doing studio soon and when I start, I don’t stop. DIY3 could drop earlier than I thought,” tweeted Emtee.
