Even though it might appear to be a beautiful thing to be in love with someone in the same industry, apparently that’s not everyone’s cup of coffee. Gigi Lamayne is amongst the artists who doesnt fancy dating someone from the industry and ofcourse the famed rapper has her own reasons.
Speaking during an interview on Mgosi TV, the rapper was asked to clarify rumours that she’s dating someone in the music industry. “We’ve heard that you mght be seen someone in the industry,” said the interviewer. In response, Gigi Lamayne admitted that she heard about the rumours saying; “yes i heard that too. Firstly, i do not and i will never and im putting it on record, i do not do industry boy who are in front of the camera.”
“It’s just weird as a womna in the industry when you take two or three pictures with the same man, people start to allude to something else,” she said. “With the person in question, he and myself and his wife all of us spoke about it. Dont be fooled, something are smeer campaigns coming from people.”
Gigi Lamayne went on and affirmed that she’s not seeing anyone in the music industry because thats not the type of man she likes. “On record no, I’m not seeing anyone in the industry, who’s in front of the camera i will not do that. That is not the type of man I like, I’m a flower that likes to be watered, so i cant be in a relationship with another flower,” she added. Responding to whether she is dating someone, the Ice Cream hitmaker said; “I’m madly in love.”
