The SA rap culture has been spoilt with some of the greatest rappers and that has made the followers of the culture have different views on who is the best dead or alive.
During an interview at an event, Lucasraps was asked to list his top 5 SA rappers of all time. On his list, the Durban native rapper named four rappers who are no more, with the likes of Riky Rick and Blxckie making it to the list. “Top 5 of rappers in SA?” “I put Pro Kid number 1 R.I.P, I put HHP number 2 R.I.P, you know what I’m saying, I put Riky number 3 R.I.P,” he said.
He added; “who else?” “Let me think about it, If you guys know a guy Caz who is also a crazy MC one of my hommies I put him there R.I.P. Number 5 I put my own hommies, I put Blxckie out there, not on R.I.P.” Lucasraps has been a massive contributor to the game ever since he made it to the game.
