Rashid Kay has been in the game for a long time and he has enough intel to know a good song a well-curated song. Taking to Twitter, the rapper responded to one of the Twitter users who shared a screenshot from a Facebook asking for an album from a South African artist with no skips.

“Lets talk about an album that’s great from beginning to end? A no skips album from a South African artists?” Read the post. In response; Rashid Kay named four SA rappers that he believes have no skips albums. In a bid to be more specific with his pick, the rapper went on and give the name of the album after the particular artist. “All Sjava’s albums, Emtee – Avery, AKA – Levels, Sun-El Musician – To The World & Beyond, KO – SR3,” tweeted Rashid.

The said rappers have maintained a high level of consistency in SA hip hop ever since their cameo. As we look forward to an eventful 2023, the said rappers have all announced that they are working on releasing new projects and some will be released this year.

Last year, the likes of K.O and AKA had some of the biggest songs in SETE and Lemons and Lemonade, whilst Emtee featured in a slew of some of the biggest songs in SA hip hop one of them being Born To Win featuring Nasty C.
