Rosemary Hair Butter for Extreme Hair Growth
As we grow older, our hair tends to thin out and grow at a slower pace. Yet, there’s a fantastic solution to promote extreme hair growth. That is rosemary hair butter. This nourishing butter harnesses the power of rosemary to stimulate hair growth and improve scalp health, giving you thicker and longer locks. Here’s a recipe to get you started:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of shea butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of castor oil
10-15 drops of rosemary essential oil
Optional: 5 drops of peppermint essential oil for additional stimulation
Tools:
Glass bowl
Saucepan or pot
Whisk or electric mixer
Container for storage
Instructions:
Step 1
Combine shea butter and coconut oil in a glass bowl. Create a double boiler setup by placing the bowl in a saucepan filled with water.
Heat the water on low heat until the oils melt together, stirring occasionally.
Step 2:
Remove the bowl from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Stir in the castor oil, known for promoting hair growth, thickening hair, and providing nutrients to the scalp.
Step 3:
Add the rosemary essential oil to the mixture. Rosemary oil is excellent for improving hair thickness and growth by enhancing cellular generation.
If desired, add peppermint essential oil for its invigorating effect on the scalp and ability to promote blood circulation.
Step 4:
Allow the mixture to cool until it starts to solidify.
Use a whisk or electric mixer to whip the butter until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency, similar to frosting.
Store:
Transfer the whipped butter into a clean container with a lid.
Store it in a cool, dry place.
How to Use:
Apply a small amount of rosemary hair butter to your scalp and hair 2-3 times a week.
Gently massage the butter into your scalp to enhance blood flow and ensure the nutrients are absorbed.
Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a deep conditioning treatment.
Wash out using a gentle shampoo.
